Requirements
of client computers needing support:
Windows 7, Vista, XP, Server 2003, Server 2008 (all including 64-bit),
Windows 2000, Apple Mac OS X 10.4.6 or later.
Our technicians will provide you with a unique six digit code. After the support session is finished, the six digit code expires and can no longer be used to access your computer. If you require further access by our technicians a new unique six digit code will be generated.
Our remote support works on both Mac OS X and Windows based computers. With the customer's permission a small program file gets loaded onto the remote Mac/PC. It's the interface through which technicians communicate with customers and conduct remote support. The applet automatically removes itself from the remote Mac/PC at session conclusion. All communication employs end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption.
